I'm writing a bit late but after a week, me and cameron bloxham, both agree to work to together on the japan project. The brief consists of making a animation that displays what japan has that others don't. After a meeting we agreed that cameron would create the lyrics for the original song and i would handle making concept work. We also settled that the animation would be a combination of tradition and 2d cut out in a water mark style, and the base and music would be agreed upon together when the lyrics are finished.

Good to see you've finally got the show on the go. A view of the Animatic and probably more details about the actual brief as it was delivered, so there is some guidance on what you could and could not do would help. Don't forget to add any problems you had and any ways you found out how to over come them.
ReplyDeleteCome on Nick, you really need to get this process up and running as you are so far behind. Even Cameron is edging out in front of you. Remember what I said that the blog will count for a majority of the grades for this project. You need to demonstrate where you 125+ hours have gone on this project otherwise you'll have to do it all at the end of the semester! I've said that you could use the project and enter the final piece of work into the Animation Bites Festival. You haven't mentioned your storyboard, animatic or the sound you produced for this project.
